Hook Strip Flat Screens

Hook strip flat screens are the series applied most widely at present. These products can be fit for all kinds of shale shakers that use the hookstrip flat screen. This screen panel is constructed with two or three stainless steel layers bonded to a steel support plank. Accessary rubber plugs may be inserted to the rips or tears of the screen. By doing this, we can cut down time and the production cost. We can supply hookstrip flat screens with mesh sizes ranging from 12 to 275.

Wave Type Screen

Wave shaker screen panels are constructed with two or three 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth layers, after compounded and bended, with a steel backing plate combined together,  increase the filtering area 120% to 150% compared to hookstrip flat screen, get a better effective.

Steel Frame shaker screen panels use 304 or 316 stainless steel, it infinitely enhance the screen intensily and endurance, get a better filtering effective. each screen attach a specifical rubber plug together to repair damage, can save the time to replace the screen, increase the efficiency and reduce the cost.

Composite Shaker Screen

Composite shaker screen use the 304 stainless steel materials. are constructed with 2-4 wire cloth layers combined compositely together,  without steel backing plate, can get an effective filtering area and save the shaker screen lifetime.
